Please feel Free, Safe, and Confident to buy our Natural Handmade Soaps with high-quality products and unmatched hygiene. Our product goes directly from our hands to yours. Due to the natural quality of our products, we do not accept returns.
DESIGN: Our products are handmade, so their designs may vary and not be exactly the same from one bar to the other.
PAYMENTS: We accept Paypal, Credit and Debit Cards, Zelle transfers, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
PRIVACY: All information provided to us by our clients is strictly confidential.
SHIPPING: At the moment we are shipping within the United States (USA), but if you want us to send your order outside of the United States (USA) please contact us before placing your order. All the costs of your shipment are calculated and will let you know before it is sent to you.
Within the USA they will be sent by USPS Priority Mail, FEDEX. It will take approximately 2 to 3 days from the time it is shipped. We will usually be shipping your order within 48 hours. If in this case, we do not have the soap of your choice available, we will contact you by email or by text message in case you want to choose another one of our current collections.
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Due to the nature of our products and hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or refunds.
Honorable Clients: Our Products are handmade with natural products which are found in the description of the ingredients. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients or have had an allergic reaction, stop using it immediately. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction of your skin to any of the ingredients used in said product. Please be sure to read each ingredient before using it.

ENVÍOS: Por el momento estamos enviando dentro de los Estados Unidos (USA), Pero, si desea que les enviemos su pedido fuera de los Estados Unidos (USA) por favor comuniquece con nosotros antes de realizar su pedido. Todos los costos de su envío se calculan y se les dejarán saber antes de enviarlo.
Dentro de USA serán enviados por USPS Priority Mail, FEDEX. Demorara aproximadamente de 2 a 3 días desde el momento en que se les envie. Si usted es alérgico a unos de los ingredientes o a tenido una reacción alérgica pare de usarlo inmediatamente. No somos responsable a ninguna reacción alérgica de su piel a ninguno de los ingredientes usado en dicho producto. Por favor asegúrese de leer cada ingrediente antes de usarlo.
